All the boys and girls in Scoil Mhuire learned about Autism Awareness last week in school. They watched videos, had discussions in class and created slogans to promote Autism Awareness in our school.
The pupils in Bramble created an Art project entitled "We all fit together" and the whole school contributed. Every student in Scoil Mhuire decorated a piece of a jigsaw puzzle and the whole puzzle was pieced together as part of the Art project.
On Friday April 23rd we had an Autism Awareness day. Everybody wore blue to school and we had Blue balloons in every class. It was a lovely day.
